The Great Big British Portrait Marathon Photographs

Photographs from the Great Big British Portrait Marathon are available here, with the option to purchase a print if you wish at a "never to be repeated" special price of £5 e.a. And if my Accountant sees this I am in BIG trouble :-)

Overall I photographed over 100 people, several dogs & cats and a chicken! My event raised over £250 for Macmillan Cancer Support, but the national event - The Great Big British Portrait Marathon - of which I was one cog/studio raised in excess of £8k and nearly 4,500 people had their photographs taken in what was one of the largest ever portrait sessions!

My thanks to everyone who supported!

The Great Big British Portrait Marathon has ended!

Thank you to everyone who joined in, even if you weren't expecting to. I had a Bride & Groom pop in after their wedding, Tulip the chicken, and discovered that photographing dogs is much like photographing wriggly toddlers - both can be bribed with biscuits or a ball! I bet the squeaky toys work just as well too :-)

A massive thank you to Mike Jackson (above with me) for taking the time out to bring the Olympic torch down and letting us use it for photographs. Overall I photographed over 100 people and raised £244.91 for Macmillan Cancer Support. Yay!

Photographs from the Great Big British Portrait Marathon weekend can be seen here.

Prints at a fiver each (plus postage at cost) can be ordered via this link.

Once again thank you! Sue
